This is an example where it is common in anti-Mormon propaganda to use gratuitous sexual images to titillate the attraction of Mormon Apostates to sexual debauchery and depravity.

The nonsensical phrase "Read the Book of Mormon backwards and see if you can find the hidden Christian message" is inane on many levels. Only a True Apostate from the Mormon Gospel would find any humor in it.
